The Club began with an interest meeting in October 2024. It drafted a club constitution in November 2024 and has been registered on Cowbell Connect since February 2025.

The club has hosted four events with a fifth on the books for the end of April. Those include two movie nights (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter and Hidden Figures), a music history and civil rights lecture, and a trivia night. These events have consistently drawn 20-30 attendees representing a variety of majors including agribusiness, anthropology, business administration, criminology, mechanical engineering, animal health, and psychology.
